The Beyond Engineering Graduate program is designed so you discover the rapidly transforming luxury industry. Working in France, Italy and Switzerland, you will gain practical experience of various projects within Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Operations and the Corporate teams. As a recent graduate, you will be keen to learn in a global environment and ready to have an impact. By developing a deep understanding of aspects across jewelry and watchmaking, you will learn how we engineer the magic at the heart of everything we do.

A highly enriching experience

Across 24 months you will undertake 4 rotations of 6 months in our Maison to develop your skills in both project management and leadership. You will also undertake a retail experience of 3 weeks. Alongside sharpening your analytical skills and critical thinking, mentorship from top management will be an integral part of your journey. Every interaction in our diverse teams gives you space to grow. Learning how to transmit your passion and take ownership of your projects, upon completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to embark on a career with us. About you

As a recent Engineering graduate, you will have an open and international mindset, ready to immerse yourself in each rotation. As well as being highly skilled, you will be keen to have an impact in a uniquely placed luxury Maison, with interests across Manufacturing, Operations, Planning, and Project Management. Driven by a desire to improve, you can work in teams built from different backgrounds and experiences.

The recruitment process

Alongside a skilled engineering background, we are looking for people passionate about Maison Cartier and our values. Our recruitment journey is designed so that each stage is relevant to working here, with plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your skills.

1. Complete your job application. If we find your profile suitable for the position, we will invite you for a video interview.

2. If you are selected, the next step will be an invitation for the Assessment week with cognitive and behavioral online assessments.

3. During the Assessment week, you will be part of an interview with HR to get to know you and deep dive into your motivations. The second part of the interview process will be with operational managers for a business case analysis to assess your potential.

4. The last stage is a meeting with senior managers and directors for a final interview. If successful, you will be made an offer to start your journey in one of our teams in Switzerland.
