Cartier attaches great importance to building an inclusive organization that respects the uniqueness of each of its employees. As such, Cartier regularly deploys programs aimed at ensuring long-term gender equality within the company.
For the year 2024, Cartier achieved a score of 99/100 within Cartier International, 89/100 within Cartier Création Studio, and 88/100 within Cartier Joaillerie International for the Gender Equality Index.
The French government’s Gender Equality Index assesses pay inequalities between male and female employees. The score is based on five criteria: wage gaps, pay rise differences, promotion discrepancies, the percentage of employees given a pay rise on returning from maternity leave, and the number of women in the top 10 highest-paying jobs.
Maison Cartier works on a daily basis to continue to respect its commitments, in a dynamic of continuous improvement.
