About you

You are curious, have an entrepreneurial spirit, an eye for detail, and you lead with emotional intelligence. With an open and international mindset, you will enjoy engaging with clients and are willing to go the extra mile to make each experience unforgettable. You have previous experience in either retail, e-commerce, digital, marketing or product development or client services. You appreciate being part of a team from diverse educational and professional backgrounds and you are open to international placement after the programme.

Our recruitment process

Complete your job application.
If we find your profile suitable for the position, we will invite you for an initial phone or video interview.

Finally, you are invited to a behavioural and cognitive assessment.
This will allow us to get to know you better. We may also ask you to participate in group discussions and role-plays.

The next step in the recruitment process is an interview with representatives from the HR and the Commercial teams.

If successful you will be made an offer to join us on this exciting journey with ASPIRE.

Frequently asked questions


I don’t have any luxury retail experience. What are my chances?

You do not need to have experience in luxury retail as long as you have a strong interest and passion to start a career in luxury retail. You have previous work experience, preferably in one of the following fields: sales, e-commerce, digital, marketing, product development, retail or client services. We guarantee a fair and unbiased selection process based on an assessment of your competencies and motivation. We will especially focus on key skills such as client and business focus, strategic thinking and agility, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills.


Can I apply for the programme in all cities?

You are invited to apply for the programme in locations where you have the right to work. If you are internationally mobile to all locations where Cartier launched ASPIRE, we invite you to apply online.


Which roles will this programme prepare me for?

When you successfully complete the programme, you will land a managerial position in one of our boutiques worldwide from where you can continue to develop your career in other business areas as well.


Will I have opportunity to start an international career path at Cartier?

During the two years of the ASPIRE programme you will stay in the same country. After successfully completing the programme, and based on your geographical preferences, you will take a permanent managerial role in one of our boutiques around the world.


Are you sponsoring a work visa?

The Cartier ASPIRE Retail Management Programme does not provide sponsorship for work visas at this time. You must be authorized to work in the countries you apply to.
