BUSINESS CAPABILITIES MANAGER DISTRIBUTION, SWITZERLAND
In 2000, I joined as an Operations Manager on Accessories and then on Watchmaking. After that, I became a Project Manager in Supply Chain and then in IT systems. I’ve now become the first Business Capabilities Manager Distribution in the Maison. My mission is to propose and drive projects in the distribution flows area in order to best support the Maison’s strategy. Along with my team or with the project managers working in the involved departments, I implement new processes and tools in order to optimize Cartier distribution flows, from the factory gate to the costumer. I really appreciate being in contact with the Markets and the different jobs which participate in the distribution of our products. It is very interesting to always keep looking at the future, analyzing the evolution of the business and the new experiences in this area, in order to propose improvements in our current distribution systems.
