Can you tell us more about your role?
In my role as Director of PR and Experiences, I am responsible for leading three teams across events, PR & VIP experiences. My teams have different objectives; however, our common goal is to ensure that all external activations are delivered to the highest standard. This includes creating experiences with the utmost visibility, all the while ensuring a bespoke approach for Clients, Press, Celebrities and People of Influence.
Could you please describe a Cartier event that was special to you and why?
One of the most memorable events for me is the Clash event that took place in Los Angeles. I was working for Cartier North America at the time, based in New York. The entire Marketing & Communication team was working very closely together with all hands-on deck. The energy was incredible and very collaborative. Collectively, we managed to deliver a successful event that provided a personalized and thoughtful experience for all attendees.
What is one thing your team achieved that you are proud of?
I am very proud of the way the team manages to remain positive and full of energy when faced with any challenge or obstacle. I witnessed this tenacity during the “Into the Wild” Panthère event that took place in Dubai. The regional and market teams collaborated seamlessly, which resulted in a memorable experience that ultimately strengthened team bonds.
What do you love about the way of working at Cartier?
I love that after more than nine years at Cartier, I am constantly learning something new and perpetually excited by the incredible projects that we collaborate on. It’s a privilege to work for a Maison with such a strong brand presence, timeless creations, and rich heritage. I am also inspired by how Cartier and the Group in general are eager to elevate employees in their professional endeavors. I experienced this firsthand when moving within the company from Dubai to New York, and then back to Dubai. The skills acquired thanks to these mobility opportunities were priceless for my personal and professional growth.
